About the program

The Junior Volunteer Program of the Nicolas Ng Chan Foundation of Calbayog City (NNCF Calbayog) is designed to engage young individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
This program provides an opportunity for youth to develop values, leadership skills, and a strong sense of responsibility while actively participating in meaningful community initiatives.
Through guided activities and mentorship, junior volunteers become partners in building a compassionate and service-oriented community.

We aim to:

  • Encourage youth involvement in community service

  • Develop leadership, discipline, and good manners

  • Instill compassion and responsibility at an early age

  • Support programs focused on children, education, and outreach

  • Build a strong foundation of values for future leaders

Junior volunteers can take part in:

  • Assisting in children’s programs and activities

  • Supporting educational initiatives like “Beyond the Classroom”

  • Participating in outreach and community events

  • Helping in environmental activities such as tree planting

  • Assisting in organizing foundation events
