Education

At the Nicolas Ng Chan Foundation of Calbayog City (NNCF Calbayog), we believe that education is the foundation of a stronger, more compassionate, and empowered community.

Our Education Program is designed to go beyond traditional learning by nurturing not only knowledge, but also values, character, and life skills. Through initiatives such as the “Beyond the Classroom” Augmented Learning Program, we provide students with opportunities to explore, think critically, and grow into responsible individuals.

We are committed to reaching young learners from different communities and schools, creating meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. By partnering with schools and organizations, we aim to support students in their journey toward becoming future leaders who contribute positively to society.

Through education, we are not only shaping minds, we are building strong foundations for life.

Good Manners and Right Conduct
In today’s fast-changing world, the importance of good manners and right conduct remains timeless. These simple yet powerful values shape how we treat others, make decisions, and carry ourselves in everyday life. From showing respect and kindness to practicing honesty and discipline, good manners are the foundation of strong character. When taught and practiced early, they help build individuals who contribute positively to their families, schools, and communities.

Cycle of Respect
Respect

Not just something we expect,it is something we give. The cycle of respect begins with a single act of kindness, understanding, or consideration toward others. When we choose to treat people with respect, it often inspires them to do the same, creating a ripple effect that strengthens relationships and communities. By practicing respect in our daily lives, we help create an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported.
